Instructions for use:

- Attach Foot Pod on Shoe
- Optional calibration of the S1 Foot Pod
- Can be used in any wet running environment, including rain, but is not intended for underwater use.
- Do not expose to direct sunlight for extended periods.
- Keep your foot pod in a cool and dry place. Do not keep it in a damp environment, in non-breathable material (a plastic bag or a sports bag) nor with conductive material (a wet towel).
