European project which, through the use of new communications infrastructures, demonstrated that health centres could provide remote assistance services in the home at a reasonable cost.
The project developed an integrated videoconferencing and monitoring application for campus environments on IP. Other Spanish participants included Telefónica, the Hospital Severo Ochoa and the UPM.
