Upskilling Professionals for efficient and fast Adoption of Innovation in Health care Settings
The UP-rRAISHe Training Programme for Executives & Professionals aims to lower the barriers to the testing and adoption of innovation within healthcare organizations faster and better into daily practice. It will do so by implementing a hands-on, flipped classroom pedagogical approach to multidisciplinary teams working on healthcare organizations.
Delivered by expert lecturers on innovation design, system change, innovative procurement and digital solution deployment, and combining physical seminars with on-line coaching and homework production, professionals will increase their skills and know-how on successful piloting and adoption of innovation by working on concrete projects proposed by them.
Exploitation actions will be put in place to make the programme sustainable after its first edition.
